Shipping store policy A :Domestic buyers:

Please note that for orders of more than 1 but less than 12 individual items, shipping & handling costs are full shipping & handling for the first item and a dollar extra for every additional item unless otherwise stated in the shipping details.  If it is stated as more than a dollar for each additional, then you will be invoiced at more than a dollar per each additional item.  Please wait for the email invoice with the final shipping costs after you buy. The one dollar shipping for each additional item rule applies only to small items like nailpolish, lipsticks, eye shadow, lip gloss  etc, etc.

Now you can combine purchases and save on freight:

Buy 12-24 of any mix of individually listed makeup or nail polish or nail treatment and pay only 18 dollars combined shipping & handling.

For each additional 24 items, add 18 dollars for shipping.

Please note that shipping costs are full shipping for the first item ( the item with the highest shipping cost ) and 2 dollars extra for every additional item unless otherwise stated in the shipping details.  If listing states more than 2 dollars for each additional, then you will be invoiced at that dollar amount for each additional. Please wait for the email invoice with the final shipping costs after you buy.  We recommend Priority Mail Flat Rate Box (dimensions are 11 x 8.5 x 5.5 inches & costs 55  US$ with packaging and handling for as many as may fit) for Canadian customers who wish to take many items.

Shipping store policy C :International buyers,

Please note that shipping costs are full shipping for the first item and 3.50 extra for every additional item unless otherwise stated in the shipping details. If listing states more than 3.50 for each additional, then you will be charged that shipping amount for each additional. Please wait for the email invoice with the final shipping costs after you buy.  We recommend Priority Mail Flat Rate Box (dimensions are 11 x 8.5 x 5.5 inches & costs 75 $ with packaging and handling for as many as may fit) for international customers who wish to take many items.

Other Information:

Store policy # 1.  We accept PayPal and if you do not have a paypal account, you may pay by credit card and we will see your payment in our paypal without seeing your credit card details. However we reserve the right to ask for a wire transfer to our bank account OR a money order by mail for large payments, or overseas purchases. If you are having difficulty with paypal, please call them toll free at 1-888-221-1161. They are very helpful.

Store policy # 2.  Shipping charges also including handling & packaging costs which can be quite high for breakable items and items prone to leak.

Handling costs also include listing, unloading, sorting, stacking, picking, packing, warehousing & other fees.  Please remember that labor & real estate costs in New York can be quite high. 

Store policy # 3.  Ebay has no way of knowing and calculating any special shipping discounts we might offer. That is why we state that buyers who buy multiple items should wait for our invoice before paying. If buying one item, or several pieces of the same item, buyers need not wait for our invoice. Buyers who pay before receiving our invoice will  be refunded excess shipping paid  after they email us.  To take advantage of our combined shipping, please add items to your cart and then click REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER when you are ready for an invoice.

Store policy # 4.  Sorry we cannot make any comments on what the colors look like as we have been wrong in the past  We also cannot comment on questions on how it applies, or how it feels etc. All we can assure is that it is the product listed, and that it is new and unused.This way we are not held responsible for wrong information and we do not get buyers upset.  Any information on color or shades in the description is from the manufacturers  themselves. Please buy only if you are certain.

Store policy # 5.  There is no combined shipping on lots. This is because lots are well priced to begin with and because their assembly and packaging is time consuming.

Store policy # 6.  The picture may not accurately represent the actual color, and there may be slight color variations.  Please be sure of the shade you want before buying.

Store policy # 7.  Wholesale buyers, please make an enquiry if you need a better price for increased quantity.  We will try and accommodate you, and create and list a special lot for you at a special price. 

Store policy # 8.  International shipping:  Some items cannot be shipped internationally in bulk due to restrictions.  If the item does not state any international costs, then the item has aforementioned restrictions.  Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and international tracking is not available.  Our shipping costs do NOT cover any import taxes or fees you may have to pay for having our items shipped to you.

Store policy # 9a.  International shipments take up to 6 weeks, depending on distance from airports and customs and security regulations. Please give it time for your order to reach. US Post now offers tracking for Canada, UK and Australia.  For all other countries, US Post does not provide updated tracking on their website, and we have no way of knowing where a package is at a given moment. So if the last position of your package shows Jamaica, New York, it means JFK airport which is in Jamaica, New York. Tracking  information is  provided automatically to buyer at the time of shipping by email to the email address on their paypal payment.

Store policy # 9 b. In case of non receipt of international shipments beyond 5 weeks, the proper procedure is to contact ebay or paypal and they will investigate the matter. We are not trying to evade the issue, but this is indeed the procedure, as we have done our share in shipping as evidenced by tracking number emailed to the email address on your paypal . We will provide any information you may need . However, please contact them before 6 weeks as 6 weeks is the cut off limit.

Store policy # 10.  International buyers need to be informed about customs , postal or any other  regulations in their country. We cannot be expected to know these rules, and we are not responsible it the item purchased attracts a duty or tax or is confiscated. We cannot be expected to reimburse or replace. Buyers can split their purchases into multiple packages if they want.

Store policy # 11.  Please check our store to look for any item you might be interested in. Just go to our store and in the search box on top left, please type in key words of an item you might be looking for and  click the search button . If we have it in stock, it will show up. If it is not there it means we do not have it or that it might have been sold out. We cannot answer questions whether we have an item in stock because by the time you read our email and check our store the item might be sold out.

Store policy # 12.  For your protection against fraud, ebay rules are that we can ship only to address on paypal payment. Please edit and re check address before paying. If you have already paid and wish to change it, please email us and we will issue you a full refund. Then you may edit address and repay. Please remember that we ship very fast after payment, so if your package has shipped, we will not be able to refund you.

Store policy # 13.  Some orders may ship in several boxes. Even though we may ship on the same day, they may not be delivered on the same day. This could be due to random customs inspections or any other reason. Buyers will be emailed more than one tracking number if this is the case, and are advised to wait till the others are delivered

Store policy # 14.  Any special instructions  need to be emailed by buyer separately.We may not see instructions on paypal payment .

Store policy #15.  Our store is set up to automatically leave feedback once buyer leaves positive feedback for us.

Store policy # 16.  If you have paid in two payments, we will have to ship in two packages and there will not be shipping discounts.. This as per ebay regulations. If you have already bought and paid for a purchase, and if you wish to purchase more, we will have to invoice you separately for your new purchase and there will not be shipping discounts even though your first purchase may not have shipped out. The reason is that ebay is set up to automatically email you tracking number for the payment you have made. If you have made two payments, and we ship in one package, then you will get information of shipping only for the items you have purchased in the first payment, and the items in the second payment will show as unshipped. This will cause much confusion.

Store policy # 17.  We relist items as soon as we get them. If you sign us up as favourite seller, you will automatically get an email of our new listings.

Store policy # 18.  eBay allows our buyers 7 days from date of order to pay for their items.  After 7 days, eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case, and give buyers an additional 3 days to pay.  Orders that are not paid after 10 days are automatically cancelled and an unpaid item strike is recorded onto the buyer's account by eBay.  We do not have any say in this matter.

eBay cannot remove the unpaid item strike unless they see proof of payment.
If there was no payment made on the transaction, they cannot remove it.
Buyers can still order the item and we will ship within 2 business days of payment.

Store Policy # 19:  Orders of more than 200 dollars shipped in the US will require signature delivery.  Please be aware of this when ordering.

Store Policy # 20:  Some bottles might have color spots or signs of handling.  This is due to the face that they are either discontinued or store returns that have been handled in the process of returning, sorting and shipping.  Please be assured that all our products are authentic and untampered.

Sally Hansen's PRISM Nail Collection & OPAL Nail Collection take longer to dry than other nail polishes.  A slow dry is needed to preserve the shimmer effect on the polish.

Store Policy # 21: Buyers who are not satisfied with our product or service are requested to email us and we will try our very best to settle the issue to their satisfaction. We take great pride in providing professional customer service. Buyers who leave us a negative feedback without trying to sort out the issue with us will be blocked from buying from us in the future. This does not go contra to a buyer's right to leave a negative. All we ask is that you try to sort the issue with us first.
