US SHIPPING
    • We will ship your item within 24 business hours after the payment is received.
    • Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for
      any wrong or undeliverable address.
    • The freight cost, handling cost, packaging cost are all included in SHIPPING COST.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    • Currently, we only deliver to Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience for our customers
      from other countries.
    • Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or
      undeliverable addresses.
    • Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, brokerage fee, Custom fees,
      and Duty of importation (if any). We only handle the shipping.
RMA and RETURN POLICY
    • For any exchange or refund, we will need the original receipt or a record
      of purchase transaction, and the product must be in its original condition,
      including the packing box, UPC bar code, and all accessories. Please contact
      cctvhotdeals-support@eptco.com for RMA#.
    • Once the RMA# is issued, please include it with your package and send your
      return item to: CCTVHotDeals, 1401 Interstate Dr., Champaign, IL 61822, USA.
    • Please allow up to 10 business days for return to be processed.
    • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
