i ordered an engine shipped to my home address, a few days later i get an email saying they need a comercial address. so i give them my shop address and figured they would send it. but no they did not send it . instead i got an email asking if this was a comercial address. well thats a stupid question. you ask for a comercial address, i gave one, why the question. so there is another day it could be on the way. ive had several engines sent here, never a problem till now. this IS A COMERCIAL ADDR

Never received the motor that I ordered so I canceled the order and I wanted my one-year protection plan refund back of $112.99 but no one's answering me about it and I feel like I've been scammed out of my money I got the refund for the motor but not for the protect the one-year protection plan

YOU SHOULD HAVE LET US KNOW UPON PAYMENT YOU WANTED SOMETHING SPECIAL. ITS PROBABLY A REFURBISHED ALTERNATOR NOT EVEN AFTERMARKET.
