1. Handling Time
    We ship within 1 business days of receiving payment.
    Weekends Holidays are excluded.

2. Shipping Time
    -  Shipping time to Global countries takes about 7 - 20 business days.

3. Delivery service and tracking no
    - Chawoorim ships the items using the Korean Postal System in general(Standard Internaional Flat Rate Shipping).
       It is not a registered delivery service, therefore tracking no won't be provided.
    - However, for the large shipment case we use EMS service with buyers' agreement.
      Tracking no will be provided for only this case

5. Long lead time countries
    - If you're the buyer from Russia, Latvia, Ukraine, Italy, Canada, Brazil, Germany, France, and Spain, the delivery time may takes up to a month because of the strict customs procedures. - We strongly suggest using a EMS/Airmail shipping for safe delivery for the shipment to these countries. Buyer may need to pay extra shipping fee in this case.

6. Payment
   - We accept PayPal payments or Visa or Master card (through PayPal only.)
   - Bank transfer also accepted. Please contact us for the bank details.
   - All payments are due within 7days of purchase.
