I tried to contact this seller, but E-bay would not let me through because I couldn't verify the phone number I no longer have, so this is the only way I have to communicate. The alternator probably worked when put in the package,\ but it was placed directly into shredded office papers without first being placed in a plastic bag. This led to the alternator being fully infiltrated with paper. It also rolled around loose, breaking the plastic connector during shipping. This part is now worthless.
