CERTIFIED SHIPPER
Only shippers that carry a Hazmat Certification for shipping chemicals are permitted contractual agreements with carriers. We have contracts with DHL and Fedex as they offer the cheapest rates and great service. Certification ensures the carriers that we use certified containerization for our chemicals as well as certified inner and outer packaging. The DOT 49CFR and the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations are code books we purchase every year as regulations change. Their guidelines permit only certain types of containers such as thick mil plastic bags which we use along with glass, amber glass, plastic ambers and HDPE naturals. The outer box must have a crush proof test certification on it as well. Different chemicals require different packaging during normal conditions of transport. The conditions that may cause a leak or break in non-approved containers are:
shock, vibration, changes in humidity, changes in pressure, changes in temperature etc.
As far as refunds and returns, we replace or refund all lost or damaged chemicals. Please watch your tracking email and report any problems to us within 7 days. Returns of chemicals are only permitted to be shipped to chemical facilities by certified or contractual shippers. This security measure was implemented after 911 by many chemical shippers. Please make sure you understand this policy. Our business is not in our basement or garage and we have many Homeland Security, EPA and DEA regulations we follow.

Please remember this is based on amount of material being shipped (that is regulated on some items) and compatibility as described in the 49 Code of Federal Regulations by the DOT.
Once you have finished shopping, email us for combined shipping and we will invoice you. The price you currently see is for a single item shipped, combined shipping is significantly less.
All orders are shipped ground with no signature required. If your package is stolen while left on your property, the insurance we provide on all shipments does not cover that stolen package, only loss or damage by the carrier. If you would like a "signature required" for your shipment, then an extra fee is charged by the carrier to ensure they return until they get a signature.
Your tracking info is emailed to you from DHL or Fedex. The subject linke will state "Shipping Notification." The link to the MSDS is sent via separate email from chemsavers@msn.com.
