Product was completely empty and crusted. Had to have been old. While they did refund me and apologize, clearly they had opened the package prior to shipping per the picture in the description.

The item returned to me was NOT the item I sold them. I opened a case with ebay and they are working on it. Either it was a mistake on the buyer's part and returned to me something meant for someone else or they just didn't want to pay for the item i sent, which was new and sealed in the box. The first experience I've had like this in 25 years selling ebay. Desperate times.....can make people do things they normally wouldn't do.
