At this time, PayPal is the only form of payment that we can accept. Payment is expected within 5 days of the purchase date. If we do not receive payment within 5 days, we reserve the right to re-list the item for sale.
Returns
We offer a money back guarantee on all items. Refunds will be issued, minus shipping charges if returned within 14 days of your receipt, in the same condition you received it in - Tags attached, if any. If your item was purchased with Free Shipping, the actual cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping
Items are usually shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment. We reserve the right to choose the method of shipment for all items offered with free shipping.
COMBINED SHIPPING FOR U.S. BUYERS:
The first item we charge shipping for will be the item with the highest cost for shipping.
The cost for each additional item being shipped will depend on weight as follows:
- Up to 8 ounces - No additional charge
- 9 ounces to 1 pound - $2.00 each
- Over 1 pound - $3.50 each
International Shipping:
The cost of international shipping will depend on the weight of the package.
We ship with either USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Express Mail, depending on the value of the package and the country we are shipping to. All packages valued at over $150 will be shipped with USPS Express Mail.
USPS Express Mail provides the most reliable tracking numbers and delivery time. If having the ability to track your package is important to you, please select the USPS Express Mail option.
International buyers may be responsible for customs taxes/duties.
Please do not put us in the uncomfortable position of asking us to enter information on a customs form that is dishonest or fraudulent.
