I try and answer asap, but if you happen to get my voicemail then please leave a detailed message with your phone #! Chances are I just left my phone upstairs or else my 2 1/2 year old walked off with it! The "Noon" is a bit late, I know, but quite frankly, I am NOT a morning person. Because of my nightowl life, I process all orders in the evening for shipment the next business day. If payment is not received by 8 pm Pacific time, though, it may not be processed until the next evening.
I normally check my e-mail about a zillion times a day! I try my best to answer promptly, though if I'm delayed a little then please blame the kids, or the dog, or the cat, (maybe the hamsters?) or my hubby...... FedEx and UPS always seem to show up when the kids are extra noisy, the phone is ringing, the washer overflowing! (or e-mails need answering) It never fails! Truthfully, sometimes I want to shove this stupid screen that I stare at all day straight into the dumpster. But I haven't yet! ;o)
