Started off weird. I got 1/2 of order when it arrived. Fast shipping & the 2nd volume was in great condition, all the disc's in the 2nd box set were accounted for. When I contacted the seller there was a minor delay, BUT he did contact me, was very polite, didn't brush me off, kept up communication AND looked into the issue, even with the holidays looming ahead. The problem was resolved without ebay, and I recieved a refund/ apology, in summary, seems honest, would do business with him again.
