| A:We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. We are not happy unless you are. We refund the same way we are paid, minus the postage costs. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We will gladly combine auctions and store items if the buyer lets us know his requirements. We wish to charge you as little postage as necessary. Domestic shipments without insurance can be sent and are sent by DELIVERY CONFIRMATION by the US postal service. |

| A:Several buyers have claimed that their packages never arrived and for $3 want me to prove delivery. This is not possible. The only way to obtain a tracking number for international mail is by Registered Mail (minimum cost $ 16). There is NO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL MAIL. |
