The bear was well described, in excellent condition, well packed especially considering the size and popped right out of the shipping box to join his new friends. What was unexpected was the refund of almost $13.00 which I guess was for the difference between actual and estimated shipping costs. Five stars ⭐️ for a transaction that was a 10++
