All of our items are new in the box, unopened and stored on shelves or original cases because we are not individual sellers;we are merchants who are in the collectible toy business. We are constantly buying new and exciting items, so visit us often in our Ebay store. NYS residents will be charged sales tax as our business is located in NYC. Customers everywhere else are responsible for use tax in their location. We are constantly shipping out items, so your item will be securely packed and shipped upon receipt of payment. The shipping is based on UPS or USPS ground rates and insurance is optional upon your request. If you pay for insurance, and your item is lost or damaged during shipping, the carrier will be responsible. If you opt out of the insurance, we are not responsible for any damages during shipment. We ship out F.O.B. shipping point, which means that when the item is given to the shipper, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. If you are located out of the Continental U.S., you need to e-mail us for shipping costs, and it is very important that you read the section "INTERNATIONAL Shipping Terms & Conditions."We do not accept returns due to the high collectibility of our items. We represent our items accurately as the picture and description shows. All of our items are in excellent condition unless otherwise specified.
