Return and Refund Policy
All our products are brand new with the original tags. We only carry good brands and this means quality. If a product is not new it will be stated in the listing of the item. If they come from the manufacturer in a bag, or a box, this is the way you will receive it unless you paid for the gift wrap and you need it as a gift and needs to be wrapped accordingly. We check all items before packing to make sure they meet all standards of a new product. If there is a problem with your item, please email us immediately so we can work together to solve the issue. If there is defective and/or misrepresented item by us, please let us know and we will be happy to replace it at no extra cost to you or will be given a full refund. If the item is defective or misrepresented by us, we will need the item to be shipped back to us and we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping.
We will help you process your claim for INSURED items damaged or lost in the mail. Also NO REFUNDS or REPLACEMEMENTS will be given for UNISURED packages lost or damaged in the mail. There will be a USPS delivery confirmation for all domestic packages so you have the proof of shipping and also a tracking number.
If you decide to return an item, for any reason, we will be happy to give you the money back for the cost of the item only, minus a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
