Purchased a $229.00 EKG machine, tracking shows delivered, my examiner pulled her camera footage for the day and this was not delivered. I have contacted seller and have not heard anything back yet. Not sure exactly how I feel about this purchase and seller with product not arriving as stated by USPS. Maybe, you should hold tight before making a purchase until I can advise the ending of this transaction.

While the device seems to be great, the shipping experience was anything but. The agent for the seller seems to believe that Ebay requires DIRECT SIGNATURE on merchandise of this value-never told me. To be clear: before writing this I DIRECTLY contacted BOTH EBay and Fedex (the shipper of record) - both denied THEY require DIRECT signature.. DIRECT means no signing on app, signing door tag, redirecting. BE CAREFUL WHERE your ship-to is, you have no recourse for change!

On my end it appeared that this item got lost in the sauce by the post office. After Friday the 26th I no longer got any useful information from tracking. Luckily the vendor did and the item showed up today in good working order.Don't blame the vendor when an item arrives late. I my case vender did have info that was valid.thanks guys for the help!!!
