Store Policies
ITEM LISTINGS: We make every effort to keep our quantity available in our listings current. We are also a working physical store so occasionally we may sell-out of an item before we can change the quantity available on the listing. If by chance you purchase an item listed that hasn't been updated yet, we will make every effort to get the item purchased to you in a timely matter. We will email you if this happens. If by chance we can not provide the item to you as it is discontinued then we will refund your purchase price to you immediately.
HOURS FOR EMAIL REPLIES: Our store answers emails 7 days a week. Typically we will respond Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Thursday's 10am-8pm and Sunday 12:00pm-5:00pm. We operate on Eastern Standard Time. We are also closed on major holidays.
PAYMENTS: We accept Paypal as payment. Upon notification from Paypal that payment has been received, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days by the shipping agent you have chosen.

We charge sales tax for shipping within the state of Kentucky(6%) and Indiana (7%).
RETURNS: We strive to provide as much detail on each item that is possible. Colors of the items listed are as accurate as we can make via photography. Please inquire on a specific item if your not 100% sure of the color and we will make every effort to provide you with more photos for you to see. If by chance you are not happy with the item(s) that you have purchased from us then we will accept the return of the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You must first email us at ebay@contemporarygalleries.com to obtain a return authorization number which must be included on the outside of the box being shipped back to us. The buyer must pay any shipping fees back to our store and upon receipt and inspection of the item returned, a refund for the purchase price less original shipping fees will be returned to you. The items must be returned in their original condition.
SHIPPING: We use the UPS and USPS and charge for insurance when necessary. UPS covers the first $100 for insurance. After that you will pay a minimal amount for extra insurance depending on the value of the contents of the package. UPS does not ship to P.O.Boxes or Military Addresses. In these cases, please choose to ship with USPS. USPS charges for insurance based upon the value of the contents of the package. Shipping costs are charged by weight. We offer a shipping discount for multiple purchases on most items within 3 days.
WARRANTY: All items are brand new unless specified within the item description. All items are purchased at buyer's descretion. Please read our individual ebay listings to see if the manufacturer has a specified warranty which will be included in the box. If we have sent you a defective item then please advise us by email at ebay@contemporarygalleries.com within 14 days and we will correct the problem.
