| A:Please send the measurements with or after payment.we won't record your measurement if we havn't received your payment .You can write the measurements as a note in paypal when you pay,also you can send the message here or email to tell us .you don't need to fill any form,Just tell us the dimension such as ,Height,Weight,Chest,Waist,Hip.. and gender |
| Q:What measurements do the costume need? |

| A:The most important measurements needed for the item are your body net sizes as below: Body total height(from top of head to the floor), weight,chest, waist and hip circumference,and gender(Female or Male)you can tell me the dimensions in inches or in cm.

| A:No, sewing time has nothing to do with the size. Please provide your measurements. If we happen to have a pre-made costume that fits your measurements, then the processing time will be faster. |

| A:All cosplay costumes are made to order(Custom tailored in China). This usually takes 7 business days(Halloween & Christmas & Chinese New Year might take over 2 weeks).For special design or complex costume might take more few days. |

| Q:When can I order costume for halloween or other holiday? |

| A:The deliver time will be longer than usual,There are a lot of work piled up in the postoffice and custom(especially to Europe need longertime),Please give us 20 days prior notice,and pay express shipping fee .If your payment and measurements can't be received before 20days than the day you need it,we can't guarantee the deliver will meet you time. |

We accept exchange or money back in 1 week after the costume arrives. you will have your payment refunded for returning the item except the shipping cost . Shipping cost will be charged for exchange costume. I'm so sorry that we won't accept costume that have been worn . So please check it out carefully when you receive it. |
