Because when I ordered these .they said to arrive by 2,24 ... my Birthday arrived 2 days late. And the box was really messed up, so the boots got bent and wrinkles on each at the tops. I messaged the sender they basically said they apologized and it happens. And it will be fine. Because they are natural materials. They said I could return them. And offered nothing else.

Wow. These boots. They are gorgeous. The only small complaint I have is they seem to not have any different hight sizes. For a dress boot I prefer almost knee. Other than that, outstanding craftsmanship. I have a huge array of every different brand of boot. These are probably some of the most comfortable I’ve bought in quite some time. And the price! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! Buy the boots!! You will not be disappointed. They arrived very quickly. I can’t wait to wear them to the rodeo this week!!

Ordered a belt it looks used , twisted leather strap, scratched leather, buckle has scratches, Rivet snap buttons are rusted zero communication from the seller after receiving the item. Extremely letdown with this purchase.
