Shipping & Handling
We give shipping discounts if you buy more than one item. Just let me revise the invoice first before you pay it. I take pride in packaging my toys and want to make sure they arrive safely to you. Therefore I have to buy the packages they are sent in most of the time & the supplies to pack it safely. Please remember this when looking at the shipping total. I also always add a Delivery Confirmation so you can track your package & that is an extra .65 added to the shipping.
Feedback
Feedback is a very important thing in the ebay community. I have made sure I left you feedback as soon as you make payment. I don't believe in waiting to see what you are going to say first. That is unfair.
I do ask however that you please take the time after your item is received to leave a feedback for us also, along with DSR ratings which are VERY important. We STRIVE for 100% satisfaction & love hearing what our customers think about what they've purchased.
If you are EVER in anyway at all un-happy with something, please send us an email and give us a chance to correct the problem before leaving bad feedback. We believe in resolving problems.
