  I was supposed to be shipped an 18x24 frame when item arrived it stated on the box it was 18x24. I opened it and it turned out to be a 16×20. I messaged the seller and sent pics, without hassle the correct item is being packed and shipped. Very great customer service would definitely deal with them again.

  Even though i thought it would come with glass it came with acrylic, size 13x17 is right kind of in between the 12x18 gray area. Well, the seller issued me a refund when i contacted them which was too kind, i would have been ok with an explanation. They said they'll make the listing more clear. Great customer service and I do like the frame very much.

  Frame arrived on time. Unfortunately when I opened it there was a visible crack in the plexiglass. The frame itself was perfect and looks beautiful. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly and will be sending me a new one asap. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on buying a few more from them in the near future. I'm giving them a dive star rating because although the item was damaged, they resolved the matter swiftly and I didn't have to do a return.
