All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorized. Please contact us and get a RMA# before sending the item back. |

 | A: We usually ship the items on the very next business day after payment is cleared. For international orders, we ship through USPS International Mail and it usually takes 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for delivery. Some orders may get delayed in customs. For domestic shipping it will take anywhere from 3 to 14 business days |

 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: The S&H fee includes the cost of material ( boxes, packing material etc., roughly about $1.00 ), and a flat handling fee of ( roughly $1.00 ). You don't pay for these separately - they are already included in your total S&H charges. |

 | A: We do ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.  | A: The shipping insurance is optional.
1. In the REVIEW/ORDER SUMMARY page, click on the EDIT PAYMENT button to the RIGHT of PAYMENT METHOD button to edit the payment methods.
2. In the edit payment methods page, at the bottom of the page there is a line for the insurance charge which is checked. UNCHECK that line and save your changes. |

 | A: We do accept Money orders and Personal Checks. A 10-day holding period is required for the clearance of a personal check. Once the check is cleared we will ship the parcel. Please note when sending the check/money order please place your order number and item number. Checks without any order information will be placed on hold until claimed. |

 | A: We are sorry in order for an exchange we will need you to send item back to us. Our policy does not state we will provide shipping back for items that will be revised for defectiveness.
