By purchasing from us the customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for trademark or copyright infringement. We will digitize your image or logo (turn into stitches) as submitted to us, please send the image/logo exactly the way you would like it stitched.   Your item(s) will not be scheduled for production until final approval is submitted.
