Item seemed to be new, sealed in factory packaging. I know that you can't sell an item as new here unless you're a manufacturer's reseller. Looks and works as-new. Factory accessories and manuals included. No scuffs or dents. Interesting to note: the item pictured was a 44VCWC122, however I actually received a 50VCWC122 which was an upgrade and a pleasant surprise.
