Returns
|
- Returns will be accepted, within 10 days of close of transaction . Returns are based
on buyer contact. Please Contact us so we can discuss means to an amicable solution
- All returned items must be in original condition, packaging, sealed, unused. Open
boxes can be exchanged, only
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes
responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location
- You must contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number before returning any merchandise to us. No returns will be accepted without
an RMA number. RMA number should be stated outside of the shipping package
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days through PayPal upon arrival of
merchandise
- Refunds are subject to 15% restocking fees in case of returning non defective products
- It is Creative Labs Outlet discretion - we reserve the rights to reject products
after inspection (i.e. physical damage or incomplete packaging) if physical damage
is caused during transit of a return
