- Items value more than $250 can only be ship to PayPal confirmed addresses, or to

- We provide combined shipping discount for order in 48 hour period, please contact
us if placed more than one order.
- It is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim
immediately upon receiving Creative Labs Outlet notification. The responsibility
is between customer and carrier.
- Creative Labs Outlet will only keep physically damaged returns for 10 weeks, after
that Creative Labs Outlet will dispose of items locally without issuing credit or
