There are a lot of people selling musical instruments on eBay!  Therefore we strive to keep our prices and carriage costs as competitive as possible.  But price isn't everything - we know that customers want peace of mind and great customer service.  Buying from someone you have never even met can be a bit daunting - sure the gear turns up (sometimes!) and you give each other feedback but what eBay doesn't show is what happens afterwards.
