If the plant arrives as a total loss, Sevearly damaged, Please e-mail me within 48 hours of receiving the plant with a picture of the plant. I will send a replacement or an agreed substitute free of charge. However Buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping charge or I will gladly issue a refund, Minus shipping cost.
