| Q:How will I know when my item shipped? |

| A:We send shipping notifications once an order has left the warehouse. All of our notifications are sent via email. These emails are sent to the email address on file with eBay. (If your email address is out of date, please update so you will receive our notifications.) |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We can combine orders on to one invoice but please request BEFORE you pay. If your items qualify for a shipping discount, we will adjust the invoice accordingly and send it back to you. |
| Q:Do you offer shipping insurance? |

| A:No, we do not offer shipping insurance. |

| A:All of our products are new and in the original box. |
| Q:How much are Shipping & Handling Charges? |

| A:We provide FREE SHIPPING on the majority of our products. However, some items have shipping costs and the cost will be indicated in the listing. |
| Q:Can I cancel my order? |

| A:You can cancel the order up until it ships from the warehouse. If it has not shipped, we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you can return the product under our standard return policy (see 'Returns' section). |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We have a 30 day return policy. You can return your purchase for any reason within 30 days. We will refund you the price of the item, excluding our shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging. |

| A:For most products, we have more than one available. Some of our listings already have a quantity greater than one listed. If not, please email us at ebay@csnstores.com and we can adjust the quantity in the listing. |

| A:All of our dimensions are listed below the item description in the section titled 'Weights & Dimensions'. If the dimensions are stated as unavailable, please call or email us at ebay@csnstores.com and we will contact the manufacturer for dimensions. |
| Q:Since I live near Boston, can I pick this item up? |

| A:Although our main offices are in Boston, we ship from warehouses across the country so we do not allow pick up. |
| Q:How will my item ship? |

| A:Our items ship small parcel. The carrier will either be UPS or FedEx. We do not use USPS. |
| Q:Can I ship my order to an address other than my eBay registered address? |

| A:Please change your address upon checkout by clicking the 'Change Shipping Address' link. You can also send a note with your payment or email us at ebay@csnstores.com with the alternate address. |
| Q:Where do you ship to? |

| A:We ONLY ship within the United States. We cannot ship to any countries outside the US. All US shipping addresses must be a physical address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. |
| Q:Do you offer gift wrapping or personal cards? |

| A:No, we do not. Also, since we drop ship our products, invoices will be included with all orders. |
| Q:How come I have not received a response to my weekend email? |

| A:We are opened normal business hours Monday - Friday. If you send us an email on the weeked or a holiday, we will respond to you by the following business day. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:This depends upon the product ordered.
We provide the lead time from the warehouse in every listing. This is an estimate (not a guarantee), based upon the average time it takes orders to leave the warehouse from which the product will ship.
There is additional time in transit. Please e-mail or call for an estimate of this time. |
| Q:What if my product is backordered or discontinued? |

| A:We do our best to ensure products are in stock and ready to ship. We check our listings every 20 minutes; however, sometimes products are backordered or discontinued before we can take down the listing. We will update you via email if this happens. If backordered, you will have the option to keep the order or cancel for a full refund. |
| Q:Can I cancel my order? |

| A:Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not shipped from the warehouse.
Cancellation requests will result in an e-mail to the warehouse to ensure the order has not shipped. This process can take 24 to 72 hours to complete. |
| Q:I sent payment. Did you receive it? |
|
| A:You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from our Web site when your order has been processed. This can take around 24 to 72 hours if you paid with PayPal and just a few minutes if paying with a credit card over the phone.
