What carrier does CSR Technologies use?

We have an exclusive agreement with UPS. UPS is at the forefront of worldwide package delivery. They have a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry. In addition, UPS provides each of our customers with a tracking number that allows our customers to track their packages to their doorstep!

Is there a shipping discount when multiple items are purchased at the same time?

Of course! The trick is to wait until ALL of your auctions close and Buy it Now selections are made PRIOR to checking out. Our checkout system will automatically combine all of your items into one order for you, providing a shipping discount. Once you have checked out, we are unable to add items to your order.

When will my order arrive?

We try our best ship ship all orders out within 2-4 business days after receiving payment. Once your order has been processed UPS will send you an email to the email address you have registered with eBay with all the shipping details on your package.

Why can’t I select to have my items shipped via U.S. Postal Service?

Because the US Postal Service does not provide a tracking number that we can provide to our customers. As detailed in our auctions, selected products are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Orders that are shipped USPS are Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO addresses.
