We explained the manufacturer had shipped the wrong pistons which we didn't find until we went to pack your order. We called you and explained the issue and at that time you wanted to backorder the piston kit. When something is backordered we require payment which you were okay with. We marked the item as shipped and sent the rest of your order putting the rest on backorder Then you changed your mind and we refunded you. Its our option to sell to who we want., 5000 sales and and one unsatisfied
