Communication with the seller was exceptional. The item description and pictures were very accurate. I would have preferred my metal toolbox be shipped surrounded in bubble wrap instead of kraft paper. The box was heavy enough that the paper did not cushion it and the metal box sprung. Secondly the loose heavy pieces inside were not supported. I would have preferred the inside of the toolbox to have been stuffed with the craft paper to prevent damage to the box and the components inside.
