 | Q: Postal Insurance? |
 | A: In eBay's infinite wisdom, they have done away with sellers offering postal insurance. That does not mean a buyer CANNOT obtain postal insurance if they so desire. Please contact us so that we can help you out with that if you, as a consumer, wish to purchase shipping insurance for your item as you have the right to do so. |
 | Q: Why do you charge $3.00 to ship 1 CD in the U.S.A.? |
 | A: The average cost to ship 1 (one) CD is $2.09 for postage. That does not include the cost of the shipping materials or the use of resources to get to the post office. We do NOT make a profit on shipping and handling regardless of the cost when you actually look at the 'big picture' and the amount of items we sell. |
 | Q: What is your return policy? |
 | A: Returns and refunds are reviewed on a CASE-BY-CASE basis. Please contact us with the specifics for us to review. Please be helpful and offer pro-active ideas to help the matter. Please consider the listing description, condition, industry standard packaging, and over-all reasonability of scenario. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |
 | A: YES - We combine shipping. For CD's domestically, S/H is $3.00 for the 1st CD + $1.50 per additional CD. We do not ship internationally. That includes no shipping to Canada. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 | A: Delivery is 7 to 21 Buisness Days or 1 to 3 weeks. We ship 200+ items a week so things can get busy or 'life' can just happen. We take weekends and holidays off as well. If you want an item shipped sooner, please make arrangements with us so we can give you a quote for Priority Mail. |
 | Q: Why do you not ship internationally? |
 | A: We do not ship to other countries because eBay and PayPal have extremely limited support for international transactions. This also ties into eBay's current Feedback Policy. The playing field is not level and shipping internationally is a hassle 20% of the time. |
 | Q: Do you replace BROKEN CD JEWEL CASES? |
 | A: We ship via USPS for ALL items. We use industry standard padded envelopes for most CD shipments. It is the most cost effective means to ship those items. If you want something more than industry standard material, please contact us BEFORE you buy or bid on our items to see if arrangements can be made. Post-transaction requests will not happen. |
 | Q: I use PayPal but I'm Unverified and or Unconfirmed. Will you do business with me? |
 | A: Sorry, but we ONLY accept payments from CONFIRMED and VERIFIED PayPal users. |
 | Q: You blocked me from buying or bidding on your items. WHY?!?! |
 | A: CONTACT US so we can discuss the matter. |
 | Q: Do you do transactions outside of eBay? |
 | A: ALL THE TIME...BUT if it starts out as an eBay transaction, then it will have to stay as an eBay transaction. |
 | Q: Will you accept 3rd party PayPal payments or ship to another address that is not registered to eBay or PayPal? |
 | A: No, we CANNOT accept a PayPal payment from any person or organization other than the person we are doing business with. We also CANNOT ship to an address that is not registered with eBay or PayPal. We want the transaction to be SAFE for you as well as for us. It also helps keep overhead low. |
 | Q: Your terms state payment is due within 7 days of the first item closing. Do you make exceptions to those terms? |
 | A: The backbone of a seller's INTEGRITY is the listing terms, item description, and the seller's follow-through in upholding all of the above. 7 days to pay is more than enough. If it needs to be later, than the buyer MUST communicate with me so reason can be considered. Otherwise, the buyer is refusing to pay per the terms they agreed to. |
 | Q: Hi Daisy! I live nearby you...will you reduce my shipping or can I pick the item up? |
 | A: Sorry, we do not deliver or allow pick-ups. We value your safety as much as ours. Shipping the item locally is quick and incredibly SAFE for you and for me. The postage remains as posted in the individual listings you purchased from. |
 | Q: I paid for my item right away, so why don't you leave feedback first? |
 | A: I can't, in good conscious, give instant feedback on a transaction that is still in progress. The best way for a seller to know that a transaction ended well is when feedback is left for the seller. At that point, I can conclude the transaction by leaving positive feedback. |
 | Q: I want to cancel my bid or cancel the transaction. Will you do that? |
 | A: You can cancel your own bid through eBay. I will not do that for you. If you use the Buy It Now feature, and then change your mind and refuse payment, then I will file a non-payer claim because eBay charges sellers listing and selling fees. |
