To return an item to us, please contact us first in order to obtain an RMA (r
uthorization) number. Returned items without proper RMA numbers will be discarded.
Orders will be refunded directly through PayPal. All customer returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which we may choose to waive at any time. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping charges will not be refunded. In cases of items that include free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our cost of shipping from the refund total.
Refused Shipments/Insufficient Address:
If a shipment is refused for any reason, including post office non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the charge incurred to re-ship the item. If the item is not wanted after first attempt of delivery, the purchase price will be refunded in full less the shipping expense. Deals Only Web Store also reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee (which we also may choose to waive).
Manufacturer Direct Warranties:
If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty, we require that you return the unit direct to manufacturer, unless the unit was DOA (within 14 days after receipt).
Deals Only Web Store cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged.
RMA Numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) in immediately.
Fitness of Purpose:
Deals Only Web Store cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration before purchasing in large quantities.
Any damages arising from a defective product are to be limited to a refund of the purchase price only (waived in certain cases). Defective items will be replaced with either a replacement unit or electronic credit in same form of payment.
All Sales are Final:
All sales are final. Returns of products, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed 14 days after receipt of item(s).
Damaged Items or Missing Parts:
Damaged items or missing parts / accessories not as advertised must be reported within 14 business days of receipt of product.
Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested bad prior to returning the part. We will charge a service fee should we find a returned item in working condition.
Defective Item Return:
Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
- Items that contact the nose, mouth or inner ear.
- Any factory sealed item that has been opened
- Items clearly designated as clearance, scratch & dent or one-of-a-kind.
- Oversized or overweight items such as the Automotive Bike Racks are not eligible for returns.
