What does Risk-Free mean?
Unlike many other internet companies there are no hdden costs or hurdles to getting a refund:
* We don't make you pay to ship the cartridge back to us
* We don't deduct the cost of "free shipping" from the amount of refund you can get
* We don't make you keep the receipt to get a refund
* We don't only give you 30 or 45 days to return a product
* We don't charge a restocking fee
