 Q: Do you accept other payments than PayPal?
  A: No, at the moment we ONLY accept PayPal. Letters with Checks, Money orders or Cash will be returned to you.
 Q: Do you offer a combined shipping discount?
  A: Our warehouse decides on an order by order basis if an order will be shipped together or not. However no discounts for ordering multiple items are available, our prices are already as low as they can get.
 Q: Can you listen to the item before you send it to me?
  A: No we do not do that.
 Q: Can you check the booklet before sending the item.
  A: We do not open the product before sending it.
 Q: How much is international shipping?
  A: Some countries have a flat rate of 6.99 per item but most countries will have a calculated weight based shipping cost, that will be traceable.
 Q: How much is shipping within the USA?
  A: 2.99 per item (we do NOT offer COMBINED shipping or any discounts). Please see each individual ad.
 Q: Can you ship overnight, express etc.
  A: No, we only ship USPS Media Mail. We will add more shipping options for you in the future to choose from.
 Q: Can you change my address?
  A: You have to understand, that due to fraudulent emails we cannot do this. We ONLY use the address provided by us by eBay/PayPal, this is for YOUR protection.  Q: Do you have tracking?
  A: We do have tracking for orders within the USA. We update that tracking information, as soon as we send the item out. It will take up to 2-3 days for USPS to update details for this tracking number. You will be able to track your order with USPS or DHL Global Mail
 Q: I live in the USA, how long will it take to get my product?
  A: All postal services on this planet are totally unpredictable. But here is a general guideline: Depending on where you live in the USA: 3 - 14 business days.
 Q: I live outside the USA, how long will it take to get my order?
  A: We cannot say for certain but here are some guidelines: Canada 7-21 days (thanks to Canadian customs checking a lot of packages entering the country, and taking sometimes 7 days) EU countries: 7-30 days Mediterranean Countries: 14-30 days Australia: 14-30 days
 Q: What is your return address?

 Q: Why do you not ship to my country?
  A: If your country is removed from the countries we ship to, we have our reasons (usually fraud, and extensive claims) and we will not make any exception to remove this rule.
 Q: I cannot check out, can you still send it to me?
  A: No, if you cannot checkout then no binding contract was put into existence.
 Q: I received a refund, will I still get my product?
  A: No, if you received a refund from us, you will most likely not receive the order. You might have received a refund, because we noticed that the item got damaged during the packaging process, got returned by USPS etc. This process is automated.
 Q: I am impatient.
  A: Don't be!
 Q: Are your items new and shrinkwrapped?
  A: All our items come directly from labels, studios or other vendors. Today's environmental conscious forbids countries like Australia, and some EU countries to use shrinkwrap, but nevertheless the items are new.
