Item was as described, like new apart from the dead spider and other creepy crawlies in the bottom of the mug, could have been suffocated maybe during travel as item was very well packed in bubble wrap and other foam packaging. Speedy delivery which i was very pleased about as i needed this to replace my dads that i broke.slightly different shape but hopefully he wont notice. would buy from this seller again, but hopefully without the extras. lol.
