I've been buying on eBay for 24 years. This is the worst seller that I've encountered. Seller is a Plumbing Supply company. They listed and described the item as a Moen #3371. They sent me a Moen #3372. When I notified them of the error, the seller refused to send the item they listed!! Arrogant, argumentative worst ever

First rod arrived by FedEx Ground with carton damaged and one part missing.thru no fault of the seller. Notified Homemart1 and they said they would send out a replacement which they did. It arrived undamaged and in a timely manner. Buy from these people - they are top notch sellers. Would gladly do again.
