About an hour after ordering I received a $13 refund from Lisa & a message stating that the ebay shipping calculator had over-estimated the shipping cost. Talk about customer service! The average person may have kept that $13 pickup as a bonus but Lisa passed that down to me, for which I am grateful! The hat showed up a week later in the mail and was in the condition described in the listin. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
