Roaring Radcliffe advertised as “new and sealed”, with a price that’s normal for a brand new Penhaligon’s bottle. I received the package and found that it was neither new nor sealed. The box was resealed and the bottle inside in really bad condition, it was clearly 3/4 refilled with a dupe as it smelled very faintly similar to the original fragrance. I immediately requested a return. Never feels good to be scammed like that.

I payed half Byredo retail, and they shipped very quickly, so I cannot complain too much. However the box was opened and there’s like 1/10th of the juice missing, which is shown in the pictures I realized. so “new” is definitely a long shot. Despite this, I would recommend this shop.
