contact the seller just after the purchase, asking for him to delay the expedition or ask for the package to be hold at the postal office (as i was out of country during the dates i received after confirmation of the purchase). Seller did respond, occulting completely my request. the package was also poorly packaged (it was fine porcelaine) was in fact tuly amazed to received it intact. Other than that i'm happy with my 200$ cad teapot. lol
