All purchases are covered by a fourteen day money-back guarantee except for items marked as "final sale". Upon request, buyers will receive a
full refund minus shipping costs as determined by the courier. All items must be in the exact same condition as shipped. Any jewelry that has been resized or
otherwise altered by you or a third party will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Returned jewelry that has been resized by us upon your request will be subject to
a restocking fee determined by the cost of resizing. Exceptions may be made occasionally on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DIAMOND TRENDS II.
All returns must have a unique return authorization number given to you by our customer service department. Packages without a return authorization number will be
refused. Instructions on how to receive an RA number will be shipped with your jewelry items.
