Seller took my money but has not shipped the item ordered. I have messaged Midlands Toyota 2 times through EBay messaging with no reply, I’ve also requested a refund from the seller. After 8 days passed, I notified EBay; - EBay has responded and they are getting involved. Midlands Toyota gets zero stars for this frustrating experience.

I ordered on the assumption that the price was for four (4) filters, based on the photo (which see). Silly me. Turns out that the price is for one (1) filter, and it's overpriced at that. I feel that this constitutes deceptive advertising! Also note that the filter number in the picture is not the current version of this filter (it's a change only in the part number, the filter is the same---small point, but noted). I won't be dealing with this outfit again!
