How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling charges are very clearly specified on each and every auction page. You also count the highest price item as far as shipping and handling charges as item number 1, all other items you will use the additional item rates. Our checkout system will combine multiple item orders and calculate the exact shipping and handling charges due for your order.
I just won an auction and I need an invoice?
Our system will allow you to generate your own invoice. There is no need to wait for us and all you need to do is use our checkout now button located on every auction page. For multiple item orders you can use the checkout now link on any of your winning auction pages. Ebay's checkout now button will also direct you to our checkout. Once in our checkout you can select the payment option and shipping option you desire. If you are paying with paypal, select paypal at our checkout and it will re-direct you to the paypal site to pay.
I won several auctions and I need a combined invoice.
Our system will automatically consolidate all your winning items. To obtain your consolidated invoice, please use the checkout now link located on any auction page of an item you won or use ebays Pay Now button located on your my ebay page.
I want to pay with paypal, what is your paypal email address?
We have only one way for buyers to pay with paypal, and that is the buyer must go through our checkout system. Then select paypal as your payment option and it will redirect you to the paypal site to pay.
I want to pay with money order, what is your mailing address?
Our system will allow you to generate your own invoice and give you a mailing address, there is no need to wait for us. Once checkout is completed on the summary page it will show you our mailing address and whom to make out payment to. Make sure to either print the summary page and enclose it with your order and to include our checkout generated order number or your ebay item number with payment.
Have you received my money order yet?
We send out paid receipts and shipping notices for every payment received. So if you have not heard from us this means we have not received your payment. Also be sure to check your ebay registered email account as all notices are sent to the email address you have registered on ebay.
I have not received my item, when did it ship?
We always ship items the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends. We send out shipping notices for every order shipped, so if you have not heard from us this means you have a different email address registered on ebay then you are currently using or the email went to your spam/junk mail folder.
Will you ship to an alternate address then I have listed with ebay?
Yes in most cases we will ship to an alternate address you have registered on ebay or paypal. We pick up all shipping information from what the customer inputs into our checkout system. However we reserve the right to only ship to paypal confirmed addresses as we see fit.
I made a mistake on where I want my item shipped?
We have to ship games where buyer has indicated in our checkout system. Our system is totally automated where as soon as buyer pays a shipping ticket prints with postage, order #, sku name etc. Our system obviously assumes buyer provides us with a correct address. We do not and cannot change ship to addresses after payment is made, we do not refer to any notes left in the paypal payment notes section, and we cannot refer to separate emails regarding this.
My invoice amount for shipping does not match the amount listed on auction page?
Shipping and handling charges are very clearly specified on each and every auction page. When calculating your shipping and handling charges, be sure to include the insurance charges as shown. You also count the highest price item as far as shipping and handling charges as item number 1, all other items you will use the additional item rates. Our checkout system will combine multiple item orders and calculate the exact shipping, handling and insurance charges due for your order. What is your return policy?
All items are fully guaranteed for 30 days from purchase date. We do extend the 30 day period during the Holiday season. For defective items we will gladly exchange them for the exact same item only. The customer must sent us back the defective item, and we will then send out a replacement item. Please understand that these games and systems are over 20 years old and need to be cleaned and maintained regularly. A game will not work when a system is dirty and game will not work when a system is dirty. For this reason we test all games upon return to us and if game is actually a working game and non defective, we cannot send a new game and must return the opened game to customer who will need to seek out repair of their games or system. For non defective exchanges or refunds, we will gladly accept an item for return if sent back unopened in its original condition. We will only make refunds for the bid price of merchandise and not shipping and handling fees. In instances where we sent the customer a wrong item in error, our policy is to have customer send us back wrong item. Once received we will send out correct item and reimburse customer for return postage at the US flat rate. We do not take back opened games period unless they are defective, if you bought the game in error and want to return it please do so without opening it. We have no choice in this regard due to software copyright laws. In instances where customer bought a game not compatible with their game system, the above rules and policies also apply.
I would like feedback for my transaction?
We leave feedback as soon as you pay for your item. We do ask that you please leave positive feedback for us when you receive your order and leave us 5 stars accross the board. If for any reason you feel that you can not leave us a 5 star rating please email me on what we can improve.
Will this game work on my game system?
In the USA we have what is called NTSC games. NTSC games are compatible only with NTSC systems which are generally systems sold in the USA, Canada, and South America. However Nintendo NES Tengen, Gameboy advance, gameboy Advance SP (GBA-SP) Nintendo DS, and Sony PSP are non region specific and these games will work on any system worldwide.
My game has yet to arrive, what should I do?
Most items shipped within the USA will arrive within 3-10 days, depending on shipping method chosen. Understand though the USPS offers no guarantees on shipping times even for priority mail or express mail, and we can not control shipping times. We show the estimated delivery times that are provided to us by USPS. We cannot file claims for USA shipped item until 30 days have passed and International items until 45 days have passed. This is not unusual and is the time frame also used by USPS. We have seen numerous times USA mail take 2-3 weeks to arrive, even mail sent priority class. International items generally arrive within 7-14 days. However we have consistently seen items to Canada take 3-4 weeks, because of the slow process for items to clear customs in Canada.
