Payement & livraison :

• Tout article acheté sera payé  par virement bancaire sur notre compte 310-0569967-81 en écrivant votre pseudo en communication dans les sept jours suivant l'achat, à défaut de quoi la vente sera annulée et l'article remis en vente. Il en résultera une évaluation négative pour l'acheteur sans préavis. 
• Si vous partez en vacances ou vous avez des ennuis, quelles que soient les raisons de votre retard, merci de nous prévenir- afin de trouver une solution ensemble
• En cas d'achat groupé, vous devrez compter 0,40€ de frais d'expédition par achat supplémentaire. La livraison est gratuite en Belgique à partir de 6 achats
• Sitôt le payement reçu, votre achat vous sera expédié par les services de la poste belge dans un emballage soigné non assuré, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dégradations ou pertes pendant le transport.pour limiter les risques, veuillez sélectionner l'option d'envoi assuré (entre 6 et 8 euros) dont la traçabilité est assurée (Taxipost 24h). pays étrangers, me contacter svp :)

Garanties, réclamations, échange :

• Tous nos articles sont neufs. Ils sont fournis avec étiquette(s) dans leur emballage d'origine lorsque celle(s)-ci ou celui-ci existe.
• Les envois postaux sont réalisés avec des emballages neufs de qualité soigneusement confectionnés et protégés. Leur détérioration éventuelle au cours du transport n'est cependant pas de notre responsabilité et aucune réclamation ne pourra être acceptée à ce sujet , un envoi sécurisé est proposé en option.
• Malgré le soin et les vérifications que nous apportons à nos articles, il est toujours possible qu'un défaut nous aie échappé. Si c'est le cas, vous pouvez nous retourner l'article pour échange et nous trouverons une solution ensemble 
• Si l'article acheté ne correspondait pas à vos attentes (couleur, taille) ou ne correspondait pas au descriptif de l'annonce, vous pouvez nous retourner l'article pour échange à condition que cet article soit toujours disponible auprès de nos fournisseurs. Si tel n'était pas le cas, vous pourrez choisir un article pour un montant équivalent dans les articles que nous proposons. Cette clause ne s'applique pas à la lingerie ni aux maillots de bains.
• En aucun cas l'achat ne sera remboursé.
• Nous laissons une évaluation après avoir reçu la vôtre en assurance que vous avez bien reçu votre achat et en êtes pleinement satisfait.

Al onze artikelen zijn nieuw. Ze zijn voorzien van een label (s) in hun originele verpakking bij een (s) of dat het bestaat.
De mailings worden gemaakt met een nieuwe verpakking kwaliteit zorgvuldig vervaardigde en beschermd. Hun eventuele verslechtering tijdens het vervoer is niet onze verantwoordelijkheid en geen aanspraak zal worden aanvaard in dit verband een veilige transmissie wordt aangeboden als een optie.
Ondanks de zorg en de controles die we leveren aan onze artikelen, het altijd mogelijk is dat een defect we gemist ale. Zo ja, kunt u items ruil voor uitwisseling en we zullen een oplossing vinden samen.

In ieder geval zal de aankoopprijs worden terugbetaald.
