I definitely want to say that this company is very honorable. The commercial shredder that was shipped did not work however they responded to my email and message that was left. I was instantly given a full refund which I certainly was not expecting. This was not a little purchase & I am sure if they had another one in stock they would have replaced it. Everything works great so happy to have gotten this at a real steal of a price, it took some time to get shipped but once it shipped it got here so fast and packing was superb as well as fed ex. Great choice using fed ex bc ups dropped the last imac i ordered from ebay down a flight of stairs.
