At Doodle Dandy our goal is to have happy customers who will add us to their list of favorite eBay Stores and recommend us to their family and friends. So we take extra care to fully describe each item, including any flaws. We happily combine shipping on multiple orders and each item is packed with care.

PAYMENT POLICY: 

United States Orders

2.  Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

     We use ProPay, a secure online company to process our credit cards. 
     You do not have to open an account to complete payment for an online 
      transaction.  We will have ProPay send you the secure URL, (link) for 
      you to safely enter your credit card information.

   
Orders are held open  3 days for payment via PayPal or Credit Card. After that time the order is voided and the items returned to stock.


International Orders

Due to the high rate of international fraud we can only accept payments as noted below.

PayPal - Confirmed, verified PayPal address only

We reserve the right to not do business with countries with high rates of fraud and to verify foreign IP, domain, and shipping information and the right to cancel any order in which verification cannot be obtained. We will not accept any order with an Indonesia or Nigerian IP address, domain, host, email address, billing or shipping address. We do not accept payments for amounts higher than invoice total.

SHIPPING POLICY:  

All orders are shipped via USPS. Buyer pays for our best estimate of actual shipping and we offer free insurance with U-PIC.  International buyers please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase.

All orders are packed very well as we hate to receive damaged items as much as you do!

Shipping is combined for purchases of multiple items.

SALES TAX: 

California orders will have sales tax added at the rate of 7.75% or send a valid resale certificate. This is a signed paper copy of the certificate, not just the number.

OTHER INFORMATION:

All our items have come from Estate sales, auctions and tag sales. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that they come from a smoke or pet free environment.

Return Policy

Please contact us for return instructions within 3 days of receipt of your order. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund for your item if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within 7 days of your contact.

Damage Policy

In the unlikely even that your order should arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can begin the insurance claim procedure. Please do NOT return damaged items to us as this will void the insurance coverage. Damage MUST be reported to us within 48 hrs of receipt of the item
