1) I’ve been shopping for a kitchenaid stand mixer for awhile and this one was perfectly priced for gently used, photos and description matched and were appropriately descriptive
2) Payment, processing, and seller communication was stellar 5 stars there
3) Shipping was prompt, tracking sent quickly, this was a large, heavy, bulky item and they wrapped it well. It arrived with the speed lever bent, due to the shipper (FedEx, I’m looking at you!) but was easily bent straight and operational.

Item arrived on time would have been nice to see a little more protective packing other than just paper. Did arrive with original package which was unexpected. Console does appear to be fully functional as advertised. Overall condition is fair. Everything was used but the controller did arrive in a less than fully functional state. Customer support was more than willing to make up for it and was prompt with responses. Overall would buy from again.

Very responsive to inquiries during and after purchase. product was just as described. Fast service, my only complaint was that it was delivered in a single box bandit on a large pallet that made it very difficult to maneuver. I had to unboxed everything on my front porch and carry it into the house.  I would purchase from them again.
