| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We want our buyers to be happy, and do offer a full refund upon return of any item in the same condition as when we originally mailed it out. If the return is our fault, we pay return shipping. If you just decide you don't want it after all, through no fault of ours, we ask that you pay the return shipping. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We're happy to combine shipping! And remember, jewelry items ALWAYS ship free, when combined with a second, non-jewelry purchase. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:In most cases, we ship within 48 hours of payment received Sun-Thur. And we *are* human, and sometimes (though not often!) we just get behind. If you really need something IMMEDIATELY, let us know, and we *can* ship same day. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We charge actual shipping costs based on the weight of YOUR package. Many sellers charge a flat rate, so you sometimes end up paying more than you need to. |

| Q:I would love to model for you - is this possible? |

| A:Thank you! If you live in the Long Island area, we'd love to have you come by for a test shoot. Ideally, you are 5'6" or taller, size 2-6, at least a 34B, and love to have fun wearing cute clothes! We sometimes need a larger model - 5'9" or taller, up to size 12..and sometimes a cute, slim, male! Email us and we'll talk! |
