Most of our items are hand crafted to order. While this means you can request changes in design or the addition of personalization (additional fees may apply), it also means that we need time to create your finished product. Be sure that you place your orders and make your payments at least a month before you need them to arrive. We will make every effort to get your package delivered by in time if you let us know up front. If you need the item sooner, please contact us and make sure that your order can be fulfilled in time. Orders may be available for rush service, but please contact us first. During the season from Sept 15 - December 25th please allow 6 weeks to avoid post office delays.
