Shipping from Singapore usually takes about 5-12 working days and is very reliable. For detailed transit times by country, please refer to the table below.
Please note that if your package shipped with a tracking number, the tracking status on Ebay sometimes lags behind the actual package status (apologies but it's an Ebay system issue and I can't fix it). The most accurate way to track your package would be to use your country's postal website (www.usps.com if you're in the US).
US customers: Please watch out for incoming delivery notices from USPS about a week after your purchase is posted from Singapore. If your package is too big to fit into the mailbox or no one is in to sign for it, USPS leaves up to 2 delivery notices. If this is accidentally tossed out with your junk mail, the package will remain uncollected at your post office and be returned to sender after 2 weeks, meaning you will have to pay to get it mailed a second time as outgoing postage is non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that your items do not arrive within 21 working days, please contact me and I will initiate an inquiry with the Post Office. If the parcel is lost you are guaranteed a refund provided that you sign the insurance company's fraud prevention statement.
Please keep in mind that I am shipping from Singapore and handling times will differ due to time and holiday differences. For instance, if an item is stated as having a 1-day handling time but you made payment on a Thursday night in the US (Friday in Singapore), the next working day in Singapore would be the following Monday (i.e. Sunday US time). Similarly, if your payment date falls during a Singapore holiday such as Chinese New Year, the handling time may be delayed by up to 2 days due to post office closures.
When leaving feedback about shipping, please bear in mind that I can only be responsible for getting the package to the post office within the handling time stated and have no control once it is in transit. Shipping cost can be verified by looking at the stamp on the package received - apologies but as I am not a big retailer, I cannot afford to do free shipping esp. from overseas.
Most packages are shipped in durable poly mailers for protection - we strongly encourage these be recycled (just paste a new address label and you've saved yourself an envelope).
